Fabio De Dominicis, attorney and of counsel at Bonafede Law Firm. He is one of the leading class action experts in Italy and one of the first Italian attorneys to have started working with international litigation financing companies (so-called third-party litigation funding). He is also a Ph.D. in Comparative Law from the University of Florence. In his academic career, he has been a speaker at conferences of both national and international significance on the subject of class action, as well as the author of several articles in legal journals and editor of two collective volumes on class action.
