On 19–20 February 2026, the Salón de Grados of the Faculty of Law at the University of Valladolid (UVA) will host the conference:
Consumer Protection: Collective Actions and Litigation Funding
This high-level academic event will provide an in-depth examination of the evolving legal framework governing collective actions and third-party litigation funding, with particular emphasis on the Spanish legislative reform and its broader European context.
The conference will gather distinguished professors of Commercial Law, Procedural Law, International Private Law, Competition Law, as well as members of the judiciary and legal practitioners, fostering a rigorous and comparative dialogue on contemporary challenges in collective redress.
